Loredana’s Tips
I used a rectangular puff pastry sheet, but you can also use a round puff pastry sheet if you prefer
If you prefer, you can replace the speck with cooked ham and the cabbage with white cabbage
For the cheese, I used diced smoked scamorza, but you can use another soft and melty cheese or even fresh mozzarella
