Loredana’s Tips
I used white cauliflower, but purple or green cauliflower, or even Romanesco cauliflower, works just fine
If you have leftover cauliflower, store it in a container in the fridge. You can simply reheat it for a few minutes in the oven or microwave to make it crispy again as if freshly prepared
