Ingredients of the Tomino in Puff Pastry

  • 4 tomini
  • 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular)
  • 2.8 oz speck (4 slices not too thin)
  • 3 tablespoons milk (for brushing)

How to prepare Tomino in pastry

  • Roll out the rectangular puff pastry on the work surface and cut it into 4 parts. Wrap each tomino with a slice of speck, not too thin.

  • Place each Tomino wrapped in speck in the center of a puff pastry rectangle. Fold the puff pastry over to cover the tomino. Bring the corners towards the center and then seal well.

  • Place the tomini slightly apart on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush them with milk.

  • Bake the Tomini in pastry with speck in a preheated oven at 375°F in static mode for 24-25 minutes. If you prefer, you can cook them in an air fryer at 375°F for 20-22 minutes.
