  • Let’s begin preparing the air fryer roasted peppers; wash the peppers thoroughly, choosing perfect ones without any bruises.

    Pat them dry carefully. No need to cut them or remove the stems and seeds. 

    Place the peppers directly on the air fryer basket with a sheet of parchment paper. Turn on and cook at 392°F for 20 minutes, turning them once or twice to change sides.

    The cooking times are indicative as it depends on the size of the peppers and the quantity you will cook.

    You’ll know they’re cooked when they feel soft to the touch.

  • After cooking the peppers in the air fryer, place them on a plate and cover with aluminum foil. Let them cool completely, the condensation will make the skin peel off easily.
