- 7 oz ricotta
- 1.5 oz black olives (pitted)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp capers
- basil
- oregano
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil

Let’s start preparing
Let’s start preparing the baked ricotta. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Preheat the static oven to 356°F.
Put the cherry tomatoes in a bowl and add the olives, capers, oregano, fresh basil, salt, extra virgin olive oil and mix.
Pour some extra virgin olive oil into a baking dish and place the ricotta in the center.
Place both on top and around the ricotta the tomatoes and olives.
Bake the ricotta in a static oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
Remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
The ricotta is tastier when enjoyed warm.
