Ingredients

Let’s see together what we need to prepare

  • 7 oz ricotta
  • 1.5 oz black olives (pitted)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • basil
  • oregano
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 Baking Dish
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Bowl

Steps

Let’s start preparing

  • Let’s start preparing the baked ricotta. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Preheat the static oven to 356°F.

    Put the cherry tomatoes in a bowl and add the olives, capers, oregano, fresh basil, salt, extra virgin olive oil and mix.

    Pour some extra virgin olive oil into a baking dish and place the ricotta in the center.

  • Place both on top and around the ricotta the tomatoes and olives.

    Bake the ricotta in a static oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes.

    Remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.

    The ricotta is tastier when enjoyed warm.
