Let’s start preparing battered chicken strips: cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
Prepare the batter by mixing flour, water, salt.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the corn flour and sage.Dip the strips in the batter, mixing to coat them well.
Then drain the strips and pass each piece in the breadcrumbs and corn flour mix, place the chicken pieces in the air fryer and spray with extra virgin olive oil.
Cook at 356 degrees for 10 minutes.
