- 3 bell peppers
- 160 g canned tuna in oil
- 2.8 oz bread (croutons)
- 0.7 oz Baresane olives
- mint
- basil
- oregano
- salt

Let’s start preparing
Let’s start preparing the bell pepper and tuna salad: first, we need to roast the bell peppers. You can cook them in an air fryer or in the oven.
Once the peppers have cooled, remove their skin and cut them into strips.
Add the olives and well-drained canned tuna in oil.
Add the salt and mix.
Now let’s prepare the croutons: cut the bread slices into pieces and toast them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a garlic clove, until golden.
Add the croutons, chopped basil and mint to the bell pepper salad and mix.
Let the bell pepper and tuna salad rest in the fridge for an hour before serving.
