BURGER BUNS

BURGER BUNS, an easy recipe for classic buns that we find in fast food places, soft, tasty, and ready to be filled with anything we prefer. They are also ideal for organizing a birthday party, a trip, a buffet, or a picnic… We can fill the burgers with savory ingredients, but also with jam or cocoa and hazelnut spread for a wholesome snack.

  • Form a ball and let it rise for an hour in a slightly oiled bowl until it doubles in size.

After the rising time, transfer the dough to the work surface and divide it into pieces of 3.9 oz each, you should get 7 buns. Now form the burgers with the palm of your hands.

Place the buns well spaced on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover and let them rise again for about 1 hour, until they are well puffed. After the time has passed, gently brush with the egg yolk beaten with milk.

Bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown.

Once cooked, brush the burgers with melted butter
