Preparing Tarte Tatin is really easy and quick, just mix halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl with oil, salt, basil, oregano, and a little brown sugar.
Take a tart pan, line it with parchment paper and place the cherry tomatoes cut side up. Cover with the puff pastry, curl the edges a bit, and it’s ready to go in the oven.

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.5 oz feta
- 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- oregano
- 1 roll puff pastry

Let’s start preparing
Let’s start preparing the Tarte Tatin with cherry tomatoes and feta, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and season them with olive oil, brown sugar, salt, and oregano. Mix to combine the ingredients.
Transfer the cherry tomatoes into a 22 cm baking pan lined with parchment paper, placing them cut side up.
Cover the pan with the puff pastry, seal the edges well.
Bake our cherry tomato tarte tatin in a preheated static oven at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, or in a convection oven at 338 degrees Fahrenheit for the same time.
Once cooked, flip the tarte tatin onto a serving plate, then gently remove the parchment paper and crumble the feta on top and serve.
