- 1.1 cups chickpea flour
- 2 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 0.42 cups water

Steps
Let’s start preparing the chickpea and carrot burgers: blend in a mixer or with an immersion blender the steamed or boiled carrots with the sun-dried tomatoes in oil.
Pour the obtained cream into a bowl and add the chickpea flour, the potato starch, the breadcrumbs, salt, and sage.
Add a bit of water and mix with a spoon until you get a soft but workable consistency with hands.
Divide the dough into about 5-6 parts and form your burgers, bread well with breadcrumbs both on top and bottom and apply light pressure.
Cook the burgers in a pan for about 2 minutes per side or in an air fryer at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.
Cooking times vary depending on the type of air fryer or oven.
