Ingredients
- 1 cup red beans (or cannellini beans)
- 3.5 oz 75% dark chocolate
Tools
- 1 Immersion Blender
- 1 Jar
Steps
Let’s start preparing the chocolate mousse, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Let it cool slightly.
Pour the red beans into a beaker of the immersion blender and blend, then add the melted dark chocolate.
Blend everything well, you should obtain a smooth cream of the right consistency to spread on bread.
Pour the cream into a jar and let it rest for an hour in the fridgeAfter an hour, here is our dark chocolate mousse ready.
