- 1 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 2 eggs
- 1.8 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1.8 oz dark chocolate
- to taste powdered sugar

Let’s start preparing the coconut and chocolate cake. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in the microwave. In the bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar using an electric mixer until they are pale and fluffy.
Pour the milk gradually and continue beating
Add the melted chocolate with the butter, continuing to work with the mixer, add the dry ingredients (cocoa, coconut, flour, and baking powder). You should obtain a smooth and well-mixed batter.
Pour the batter into a 20 cm pan lined with parchment paper, decorate the surface with chopped dark chocolate pieces.
Bake in a static oven at 356 degrees Fahrenheit (180°C) for 30-40 minutes.
Let it cool thoroughly before removing the cake from the pan.
Serve the cake with a dusting of powdered sugar.
