Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 40 drops sweetener
  • to taste lemon zest (grated)

Tools

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Food scale

Steps

  • Let’s start preparing the cookies with sweetener, pour the flour into a bowl, add the egg, the grated lemon zest, and the sweetener drops.
    Start mixing.

  • Add the vegetable oil and continue to mix quickly until everything is combined.
    Now it’s time to divide the dough into 14 pieces and form each piece into a ball.
    Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them with the tines of a fork.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 12-15 minutes
    Allow to cool completely before serving.
