Crumbl cookies are chocolate chip cookies made with few ingredients, perfect for breakfast and snack time. To make crumbl cookies, you’ll need white and brown sugar, butter, egg, flour, baking soda, baking powder and, of course, lots of chocolate chips and milk chocolate.
The crumbl are soft inside, crispy and crumbly outside and super chocolaty rich with dark chocolate chips and pieces of milk chocolate.

Ingredients
Let’s see what we need to prepare
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.25 cups butter
- 0.45 cup sugar
- 0.45 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 oz milk chocolate (chopped)
- 1 pinch salt

Steps
Let’s start preparing
To prepare the Crumbl cookies with chocolate, first melt the butter in the microwave.
In a bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter and beat with electric beaters.
Add the egg and continue beating until well incorporated and the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Mix again until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add the chocolate chips and milk chocolate, and mix again.
With your hands, form balls of about 2 oz each and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper well spaced apart as the cookies will spread during baking.Now let the cookies rest in the fridge for 30 minutes before baking them.
Bake the Crumbl cookies in a static oven, preheated to 350°F for about 15-20 minutes, they should be well golden.
Once ready, let the cookies cool for a few minutes before serving.
