  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 lemon zest (grated)
  • 3 1/3 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

  • Let’s start preparing DUNKING COOKIES, pour the flour with the baking powder into a bowl, add the sugar, eggs, and oil.

    Mix well, add the grated lemon zest, milk, and dark chocolate chips, and blend well.

  • You should obtain a creamy mixture. Now with a spoon, take a walnut-sized amount of dough and make small heaps on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes.
