Let’s start preparing the focaccia with zucchini, pour the whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, and extra virgin olive oil into a bowl.
Pour in the water gradually and start mixing everything.

Thoroughly wash the zucchini, remove the ends, and grate them with a suitable grater.
Once grated, add the zucchini to the flour mixture and continue mixing.
You must obtain a well-combined and soft dough.
Drizzle some oil in a 12 x 8-inch baking pan and pour in the dough.
Once you have leveled the focaccia, finish with a drizzle of oil
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes.
The focaccia with zucchini is ready, just serve it.
