- 1/6 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 oz gelatin sheets

Let’s start preparing the gelée candies, place the gelatin sheets in a small bowl with a few tablespoons of cold water and let them soften for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, squeeze the orange and lemon juice to obtain the required amounts.
Then pour them together into a small pot with the granulated sugar and bring to a boil, cook for another 2-3 minutes. At this point, turn off the stove and add the well-wrung gelatin.
Stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour the candy mixture into a silicone loaf pan or other mold. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about ten hours.
After this time, remove the gelatin and transfer it to a cutting board. Following the longer side, cut it into strips lengthwise, then into cubes or rectangles or cubes.
Place the granulated sugar in a bowl and dip the rectangles in the sugar, ensuring they are completely covered.
