Let’s start preparing the grilled zucchini salad; wash and trim the zucchini well, and slice them thinly with a mandoline.
Heat the grill pan, and when it is hot, place the zucchini and cook them on both sidesPlace the grilled zucchini in a salad bowl and add the halved cherry tomatoes, drained tuna, and lamb’s lettuce.
Season with salt, add extra virgin olive oil, the juice of a lemon, chopped parsley, and oregano.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then serve the Grilled Zucchini Salad with tuna.
