Now assemble the rolls of lasagna; place the lasagna sheets on the work surface and spread the bèchamel leaving about half an inch from the edge.
Place a layer of cooked ham and a layer of very thinly sliced cheese
Roll the lasagna from the short side to the end then cut it into 3 partsMake a small layer of bèchamel at the bottom of an oven dish and as they are ready, place the lasagna rolls upright in the dish.
Cover with the remaining bèchamel, sprinkle with a generous handful of grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a static oven at 392 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, turning on the grill 5 minutes before taking it out.
After the cooking time, take the lasagna rolls out of the oven and serve at the table
