- 6 oz pasta
- 1 onion
- 3 oz pancetta
- 1 chili pepper
- basil
- chopped parsley
- pecorino (grated)
- extra virgin olive oil

Let’s start preparing the
Let’s begin preparing Molisana-style pasta: put a pot full of water on the stove for cooking the pasta.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce.Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic. Add the diced pancetta, the parsley, the basil and the crushed chili pepper. Let cook for a few minutes.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it al dente and toss it in the pan with the sauce and the grated pecorino. Mix everything well.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve the Molisana-style pasta
