Ingredients

- 10.5 oz ridged penne
- 1 cup cooking cream
- 7 oz sausage
- 0.18 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp saffron
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- to taste salt

Steps
Let’s start preparing
Let’s start preparing monzese pasta, boil a pot of water and add salt once it boils. Score the sausage lengthwise and remove the casing. Then cut into small pieces.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and add the pieces, brown them well without adding oil or butter
Add the fresh cream and stir, then add the saffron.
Meanwhile, boil the penne,
Drain the al dente pasta directly into the pan, and let it finish cooking directly in the sauce.
Turn off the heat and add the grated parmesan
Stir and serve the Monzese Pasta hot.
