Nutella Cookie Cake

Nutella Cookie Cake: it’s a very simple recipe, prepared quickly and absolutely delicious. A perfect cake for breakfast or a snack, also ideal as a dessert after lunch. To prepare it, just quickly mix flour, sugar, egg, baking powder, vegetable oil, and dark chocolate chips in a bowl, then distribute half of the smooth and homogeneous mixture obtained on the bottom of a springform pan.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Nutella®

Steps

Let’s start preparing

  • Let’s start preparing the Nutella Cookie Cake, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, teaspoon of baking powder and pinch of salt in a bowl.

    Start kneading with a spoon, trying to crumble the mixture, obtaining a sandy consistency.

  • Crumble half of the dough on the bottom of a 8-inch springform pan and compact it well with the spoon.
    Pour the Nutella inside the shortcrust shell, spread it all with a spoon, and pour the remaining dough over to cover everything.

    Bake the cookie cake at 350°F in a static oven for 20-25 minutes.

    At the end of cooking, it will be golden on the surface.

    Let it cool completely, then remove it from the cake pan and place it on a serving plate.
