Let’s start preparing the Nutella Cookie Cake, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, teaspoon of baking powder and pinch of salt in a bowl.
Start kneading with a spoon, trying to crumble the mixture, obtaining a sandy consistency.
Crumble half of the dough on the bottom of a 8-inch springform pan and compact it well with the spoon.
Pour the Nutella inside the shortcrust shell, spread it all with a spoon, and pour the remaining dough over to cover everything.Bake the cookie cake at 350°F in a static oven for 20-25 minutes.
At the end of cooking, it will be golden on the surface.
Let it cool completely, then remove it from the cake pan and place it on a serving plate.
