Let’s start preparing the pan-seared radicchio: begin by cleaning the radicchio from the more damaged leaves and wash it carefully
Cut it in half lengthwise, then into quarters, then slice it into strips.
Pour a swirl of oil in the pan and add the whole garlic clove.
Sauté the garlic for a few minutes to flavor the oil well
Add the radicchio and sauté for a couple of minutes over high heat.
Adjust salt and pepper, sauté for a few more minutes, and cook to your preferred level of crispiness.
