Let’s start preparing the Pasta with Zucchini, heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and sauté the peeled garlic,
Add the zucchini cut into small cubes, salt, and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring often.
Add the smoked bacon and let everything flavor for 5 minutes on low heat.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
Drain the pasta al dente and toss it in the pan with the zucchini and bacon.
Plate the zucchini pasta and serve it nice and hot!

Tips
The pasta with bacon can be made with all types of pasta, I used whole wheat penne but fusilli, spaghetti…non-whole wheat are also fine.
