- 2 zucchini
- 1/2 onion
- 6 oz tuna in oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- to taste lemon peel (grated)
- to taste salt
- 10 leaves mint (or parsley)
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Let’s start preparing the
Let’s prepare our pasta with zucchini and tuna: cook the pasta in a pot with salted boiling water
Meanwhile, in a pan heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion
Cut the zucchini into pieces.
Add the zucchini to the pan, season with salt, and cook for about 10 minutes
Deglaze with lemon juice, then add the well-drained tuna, mix, and let it flavor.
Drain the pasta al dente and toss it in the pan, stirring a few times to distribute the sauce evenly.
Add the chopped mint to taste.
Serve it on a nice serving dish and serve with a sprinkle of grated lemon peel.
