Now place a generous tablespoon of pastry cream and cherry syrup in the center. Next, gently lift the four sides and close the bundle over the cream and cherry, wrapping the filling well.
Now turn the bundle with the closure side down and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 10 minutes, or until the bundles are golden and crispy.
Once removed from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
