But now let’s go to the kitchen and I’ll show you how to prepare Phyllo Dough Triangles with Ham and Cheese

- Difficulty: Very Easy
- Cost: Cheap
- Preparation time: 10 Minutes
- Portions: 3
- Cooking methods: Air Frying
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: All Seasons
Ingredients
- 6 sheets phyllo dough
- 3.5 oz cooked ham
- 3.5 oz cheese (or mozzarella)
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
Tools
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Cutting Board
- 1 Knife
Steps
Let’s start preparing the phyllo dough triangles; lay out a sheet of phyllo dough, brush it with extra virgin olive oil without exaggerating, and place a second sheet on top.
Brush the second sheet with a little oil as well, then divide into 3 vertical strips.
Place the cooked ham and cheese at the base of each strip. Now fold to form a triangle and press on the edges to seal. Continue this motion until the entire strip is used up.
Now you can decide to cook them in the oven, or as I did, in an air fryer. For oven cooking, place phyllo dough triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with olive oil. Bake them at 390°F for 10 minutes. In the air fryer, bake them at 355°F for 5 minutes.
And bon appétit!!
