- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp lemon zest (grated)
- 1 jar jam

Let’s begin preparing
Let’s start preparing the poured cake with jam: pour the sugar and eggs into a bowl. Work with a whisk until you get a fluffy mixture.
Add the milk and oil, then the sifted flour with the baking powder. Continue to mix everything.

Now, add the lemon zest and mix.
Pour 2/3 of the batter into the mold and bake for 10 minutes.
After this time, take out the mold, spread a layer of jam, leaving about 1/2 inch of edge free.
Pour the remaining batter.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes. Do the toothpick test to be sure the cake is ready.
Let it cool before transferring it to the serving plate and dusting it with powdered sugar.
