These are smart pizzas that are prepared in no time and go straight into the oven, soft, very easy and you can top them with the ingredients you want and have at home. Quick mini pizzas are loved by both adults and children, they are soft, tall, and fluffy topped with tomato, oregano, and mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast for savory preparations

  • 2/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 5.3 oz mozzarella

Steps

Let’s start preparing

  • Let’s start preparing the quick mini pizzas: pour flour, instant yeast into a bowl, mix with a spoon and add water and oil, mix again, add a pinch of salt and knead with your hand.
    Work the dough for a few seconds on a lightly floured work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin.

  • Use a pastry cutter to cut out discs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Top with tomato and mozzarella in the center, drizzle with a little oil and a pinch of oregano,

    Bake the mini pizzas in a preheated static oven at 392 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes
