- 1 stalk celery
- 4 tomatoes

Let’s start preparing
Let’s start preparing the red bean salad; first, we drain the beans from their can and put them in a strainer. Rinse them under running water and let them drain well. Do the same with the corn.
Pour the red beans into the salad bowl, add the corn, a diced stalk of celery, and the chopped tomatoes.
Season with extra virgin olive oil and salt
Mix and serve the red bean salad
