- lemon zest (grated)
- pink pepper

Let’s start preparing the Rye Bread Canapés with Salmon and Robiola, divide each slice of bread in two.
Mix the robiola in a bowl with a tablespoon of strained lemon juice and grated lemon zest and pink pepper. Adjust the salt and mix to combine.
Spread the robiola cream on each slice of bread and then place a piece of salmon on top.
If you want to prepare the Canapés in advance, you can do so, cover them well with plastic wrap and place them in the fridge until ready to serve.
