The version with salmon is more delicate and quick to prepare since the smoked salmon does not need cooking: it is simply enhanced with spreadable cheese and slices of marinated zucchini,tomatoes, arugula…..

- 6 sliced bread
- 2 tomatoes
- 7 oz smoked salmon
- 2 oz spreadable fresh cheese
- 1 tsp arugula
- 1 zucchini
- to taste salt

Steps
Let’s start preparing
Let’s start preparing the club sandwich; slice the tomato thinly,
Now prepare the zucchini carpaccio
Toast the bread on both sides
Now that all the ingredients are ready, we can start assembling the salmon club sandwich. Spread the spreadable cheese on the bread, place the slices of tomatoes and the marinated zucchini seasoned with a pinch of salt.
Place another slice of bread with the spreadable cheese
Add a few arugula leaves, place the smoked salmon.
Cover the sandwich, always keeping the side of the bread with the spreadable cheese facing down.
Pierce two opposite corners with two toothpicks to stabilize the layers and cut the club sandwich in half. Do the same to make the second one.
