Let’s start preparing
Let’s start preparing our dish of sausage and ricotta pasta, cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Meanwhile, let’s prepare the sauce, pour a drizzle of oil into a pan and sauté the chopped onion.
Crumble the sausage removed from the casing, add it to the pan, and brown it.
Deglaze with white wine, and stir.
Add the ricotta and a ladle of pasta cooking water and mix the sauce well.
Drain the pasta al dente and sauté it in the pan with the sauce.
Here is our dish of sausage and ricotta pasta is ready.
Serve the sausage and ricotta pasta and serve it hot.
