Seed Crackers

Seed crackers are a healthy and nutritious snack. They are very easy to make, they are gluten-free, yeast-free, butter-free, egg-free, flourless and they keep well.

The crackers are great snacks to enjoy at any time of day: light and wholesome. Making them at home crumbly or crunchier is very easy. To prepare the crackers I used a mix of seeds such as sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds, all rich in beneficial properties. A clever mix that will give you tasty crackers, great on their own or to accompany cooked vegetables or salads.

But now let’s go into the kitchen and I’ll show you how to prepare the Seed Crackers
