Beat the eggs together with the sugar using a hand whisk.
When the eggs are fluffy, add the milk and vegetable oil.
Mix again and add the all-purpose flour gradually, continuing to stir.Add the baking powder and mix the batter again, then pour it into the previously buttered and floured smart mold.
Bake the soft tart in a preheated static oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes.
