Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 0.2 oz fresh yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • oregano
  • coarse salt

Tools

  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Pizza Pan

Steps

  • Let’s start preparing the Soft No-Knead Focaccia: combine the flour and yeast in a bowl and mix well with a spoon.

    Start adding the water a little at a time. Add the oil and salt to achieve a soft dough.

    Cover and let the dough rise for about 2 hours

  • After the dough has risen well, transfer it to a pan with parchment paper and well-oiled.

    Spread our focaccia well and let it rise for 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and season them with extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and coarse salt

  • Garnish the focaccia with the cherry tomatoes, pressing lightly; season with oil and salt.

Bake at 356 degrees in a fan oven for about 25 minutes, or in a static oven at 374 degrees for about 25 minutes.
