When the whites are well whipped, add the yolks one at a time.Start adding the all-purpose flour and potato starch. Both of these ingredients should be sifted to avoid the formation of lumps. Continue working with the whisks to incorporate them perfectly.
Pour the vegetable oil gradually to incorporate it perfectly. Work again with the electric whisks.
Line a 13.8×9.8 in baking pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture, leveling it with a spatula to have a homogeneous roll. Then bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F for 9 minutes.
