- 7 oz ladyfingers (savoiardi)
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp coffee (espresso or stovetop (moka))
- unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps
Let’s start preparing the
Let’s start preparing the tiramisu truffles: first of all make the coffee and let it cool.
Put the ladyfingers in the mixer with blades and blend until they are reduced to powder. Transfer the cookie powder to a bowl and add the mascarpone, the powdered sugar and the coffee. Mix with a spoon until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Now take a teaspoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball and pass it through the cocoa, coating it well on all sides. Continue in this way until the mixture is finished.
Arrange them on a tray as you go.
Put them in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
