Tuna pasta in white is one of my recipes that I make most often: easy, fast and tasty — it’s a perfect dish. In little time and with few ingredients that we often already have at home: this pasta with tuna is truly a perfect quick dinner dish, very easy to prepare. While the water for the pasta comes to a boil, in a pan we’ll sauté an anchovy fillet in a drizzle of oil, then add the tuna. It really takes very little for it to be perfect.

Ingredients
HERE’S WHAT WE NEED TO PREPARE
- 12 oz pasta
- 6 oz tuna packed in oil (drained)
- 2 anchovies in oil
- 1 clove garlic
- capers
- 1/2 glass (about 3 fl oz / ~1/3 cup) white wine
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt

- 1 Wok
- 1 Ladle
Steps
Let’s start preparing
Let’s start preparing tuna pasta in white: pour extra virgin olive oil, the garlic and the anchovies in oil into a pan.
Sauté the garlic and add the drained tuna.
Let it flavor for a minute, then add the capers; let them infuse for a few minutes and deglaze with the white wine.
Let the wine evaporate completely and turn off the heat.
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it al dente keeping aside a little of the cooking water, transfer the pasta to the pan with the sauce and toss, creaming it with a bit of the reserved cooking water.
When the sauce has blended well with the pasta, turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley.
Serve the tuna pasta in white immediately.
