Let’s start preparing Venus rice with carrots and zucchini; begin with cooking the rice: fill a pot with plenty of water and bring it to a boil, pour in the rice, salt and cook for about 15 minutes.
Follow the cooking instructions on the Venus rice packageCut the zucchini and carrots into small cubes. .
Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a pan and sauté the cut vegetables over low heat, also add thyme, salt, and pepper.Sauté the vegetables for about 15-20 minutes until they are crunchy.
