Peel the potato, peel the carrot and then remove the ends from zucchini and carrots
Grate the potatoes, zucchini, and carrots with a medium-hole grater
Place all the grated vegetables in a bowl and add salt and chopped basil
Add the flour and start kneading first with a spoon and then with your hands
Combine the ingredients to get a homogeneous dough.
Form the balls with your hands.
Now place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a little oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
