  • 1 cup sunflower seed oil (I used the classic plastic cup)
  • 1 cup milk (or fruit juice – I used the classic plastic cup)

  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanillin (or orange or lemon peel)
  • 4 apples (sweet and ripe)
  • 4.2 fl oz water
  • 0.3 oz cornstarch
  • 1.8 oz sugar
  • A few drops lemon juice

Do the toothpick test and if it comes out with batter, cover the surface of the cake with a sheet of aluminum foil and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes.
    Once done, let it cool in the turned-off oven with the door open.

  • In a saucepan, put the water and cornstarch and mix cold. Also add the sugar and a few drops of lemon juice.

  • Transfer to the heat, stirring on low flame until the glaze thickens. It will take about 2-3 minutes.
