Notes
– If you don’t have the classic Mug cups available, you can also use ceramic or Pyrex bowls of roughly the same size… the only difference will be that instead of being tall and narrow, you’ll have a small cake!
– You can also prepare the mug cake gluten-free: simply replace the all-purpose flour with a gluten-free cake mix.
