Ingredients

  • 2 fillets sea bass
  • 1.5 oz breadcrumbs
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Half lemon zest (untreated)
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt

Steps

To prepare the air fryer gratinated sea bass fillets, chop the parsley on a cutting board. In a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, parsley, grated zest of half a lemon, add a drizzle of oil and mix well.

Take a baking pan suitable for your air fryer (alternatively, line the basket with parchment paper), drizzle a little oil and place the sea bass fillets inside, add a pinch of salt, and evenly distribute the breadcrumb mixture.

Cook for 10-15 minutes at 330°F, cooking time depends on the thickness of the fillet.
