To prepare crispy air fryer zucchini noodles, start by cleaning the zucchini: wash it under running water, remove the ends, dry it carefully, and cut it into spirals using the appropriate vegetable slicer to obtain noodles.
Place the zucchini noodles in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, 2-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and mix to distribute the seasoning evenly. Then, add a couple of tablespoons of breadcrumbs and continue to mix.
Transfer the noodles into the air fryer basket and cook them at 356°F (180°C) for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking. You will get deliciously crispy zucchini. Now just taste them!

Storage is not recommended: zucchini noodles should be consumed immediately after preparation, otherwise they lose their crispiness.
