Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 3.5 oz cooked ham
  • 3.5 oz provolone (sliced)
  • as needed egg (for brushing)

Steps

To prepare the puff pastry roll in the air fryer, first unroll the puff pastry leaving it directly on its baking paper.

Take the slices of cooked ham and place them along the surface of the roll and add the slices of provolone (alternatively you can also use slices of galbanone). Now, with the help of the baking paper begin to roll the pastry and at the end press the two ends slightly.

Place the puff pastry roll inside the basket of your air fryer with the baking paper and with the help of a brush, brush the surface with beaten egg.

Cook the pastry roll at 365°F for 20/25 minutes, halfway through remove the baking paper and continue cooking. If the surface of the roll should be excessively golden halfway through cooking, I recommend turning it over.

Storage

The puff pastry roll in the air fryer can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container. Before consuming, I recommend reheating it for a few minutes.
