Tips and Variations

Remember, do not throw away the scraps, because you can reuse them to prepare a soup, or sauté them with other vegetables… nothing is ever wasted in the kitchen.

You can safely store your towers in the fridge if you have leftovers, and reheat them the next day in the microwave.

I do not recommend freezing them, because once thawed, zucchini loses its texture, and what remains is just a water-soaked sponge.
