Advice on Variants and Storage
The Braid keeps very well for a few days, in an airtight container made of either glass or ceramic.
You can also freeze it either cooked or raw, but be sure to defrost it in the refrigerator.
If you don’t like almonds, you can opt for a custard instead.
The cream made with soy or rice milk is also good, the choice is yours.
As for the chocolate, if you don’t prefer it, feel free to fill it with whatever you like, mine is just a basic idea.
