Grapefruit, Orange, Kiwi, and Grape Juice

The Grapefruit, Orange, Kiwi, and Grape Juice is not your usual random juice, made solely based on our tastes. It is a recipe designed to concentrate a lot of vitamin C. Until recently, I thought citrus fruits contained the most, but to my surprise, I discovered that grapes contain more than all of them. To extract the juice from all this fruit, I used a juicer, but for those who do not have one, I recommend blending the fruit and, if you don’t like the pulp, straining it. It’s an excellent beverage to consume when our health is more fragile, as it supports immune function and fights infections. Moreover, its taste is so good, you won’t be able to do without it. However, make sure not to throw away the scraps; if they’re few, store them well in the freezer, as you’ll need them for other recipes.

If you like juices and beverages, don’t miss the following recipes:

Grapefruit, Orange, Kiwi, and Grape Juice

  • Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients

  • 14 oz pink grapefruit
  • 14 oz oranges
  • 14 oz white grapes
  • 10.5 oz kiwi

Tools

  • 1 Juicer

How to Prepare Grapefruit, Orange, Kiwi, and Grape Juice

Pick the grapes, soak the berries for a few minutes to remove any impurities. Rinse them under running water and dry them with a cloth or paper towel.

With a sharp knife, remove the peel from the oranges and grapefruit, including the white part, as it would make the juice bitter. For the kiwi, just remove the skin as usual.

Dice the grapefruit, orange, and kiwi, ensuring they are no larger than the juicer’s opening, and place them in a bowl with the grapes, ready for use.

Place the pieces in the juicer little by little and alternately, extracting as much juice as possible. Do not throw away the scraps, as they can be useful for other tasty recipes.

Serve your Grapefruit, Orange, Kiwi, and Grape Juice in serving glasses directly, or pour it into a pitcher to bring to the table.

Tips, Variations, and Storage

You can store the fruit juice in the refrigerator, but do not exceed 10 hours, as after this time, the nutritional values begin to degrade.

Place it in an airtight bottle to ensure optimal preservation.

Remember that the oxidation process of the fruit begins 10 minutes after its preparation.

If you don’t like some of the fruits I’ve suggested, no problem, but pair it with others that have a high concentration of vitamin C.
