Mother-in-law’s Tongues with Fresh Herbs keep very well for several days. To keep them crispy, place them in bread paper or a tin box.

If you don’t like the herbs I’ve suggested, you can choose the ones you prefer, with or without garlic.

Dried aromatic herbs are also perfectly fine.

You can also freeze them, either as balls ready to be rolled out or already rolled out.

Once rolled out, arrange them on a tray and cover each layer with plastic wrap.

This way, it will be easier for you to extract the quantity you need when required.
